HOW TO ORDER

Step 2: DOWNPAYMENT
Pay a minumum of Php 2,500 downpayment is required to place an order.
For items with a price of Php 30,000 and above, 10% downpayment is required.
example 1:
Item price is Php 8,500 , the required downpayment is Php 2,500
example 2:
Item price is Php 35,000, the required downpayment is Php 3,500
The downpayment is deductable to the total balance.
Payment shall be made via ONLINE BANK Transfers (BPI/BDO), GCASH , PAYMAYA
Kindly send us proof of the down payment for validation.
We will send you a PURCHASE ORDER for your final review before confirmation of your order will take place.
Step 3: PRODUCTION TIME
Once DOWNPAYMENT has been verified and details from the PURCHASE ORDER has been confirmed, production process will start on the next business day.
*PRODUCTION TIMELINE*
5 to 7 business days for NORMAL Production Time.
*3-5 business day for RUSH Production. ADDITIONAL RUSH FEE of Php 1,000 shall be collected and will be part of the remaining balance.
Step 4: FINISHED PRODUCT
Once the item is done, we will send you the actual finished product and seek your APPROVAL / GO SIGNAL before shipping/delivery.
Step 5: DELIVERY / SHIPPING
The remaning balance shall be paid upon delivery or shipping thru the following options.
Option 1 : CASH ON PICK UP / COP ( LBC only ) Nationwide
* Insured Shipping at LBC
* FREE SHIPPING for items with a tagprice of Php 10,000 and above
*Highly recommended mode of delivery specially for rural or provincial locations.
* Most convenient since once the item arrived at your desired LBC branch, you will have a 7 to 10 days allowance to claim your item.
*Most secured mode of claiming your high value item.
*Recommended for discrete orders specially engegament rings for surprise proposals.
Option 2 : CASH ON DELIVERY / COD ( LBC only ) Nationwide
* Insured Shipping at LBC
* Subject for shipping fees to be determined by LBC depending on your location and item price/ declared value. This will be included in the total amount to be paid upon delivery.
*Availability of this delivery service depends if it is within the service area of LBC.
* You may be asked to nominate an LBC branch near you as contingent delivery mode.
*You may be asked to change delivery mode from COD to COP if COD is not available in your area.
* Exact address is required ( ex. House/ Bldg No, Street, Barangay, City)
*Aimery's Jewelry will not be held liable/ accountable for failure of delivery due to unavailability of customer upon the day and time of delivery, insufficient address provided, unlocated address , unknown consignee to the area or for any reason that LBC delivery crew may encounter and defers its delivery. We do not have hold on the service providers specific shedule of deliveries.
Option 3 : DOOR TO DOOR RIDER DELIVERY ( For METRO MANILA Only)
* Delivery will be made by our own rider. Guaranteed safe and secured.
*Applicable for items 10,000 and above:

* Customer may request to schedule a specific date and time of delivery , but still subject for riders availability.
* Customer may either pay in CASH or through online bank transfer upon releasing of item.
Option 4 : CLAIM at Aimery's Jewelry Bajada Shop ( For DAVAO CITY Only)
* Strictly by Appointment
*No Shipping cost shall be charged if to be claimed at our Davao city shop.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit Card payments are accepted for STRAIGHT payments only.
The item price will be subjected to additional 5% charges. Card Payment will be made via PAYPAL.
* For credit card installments scheme , you may ask your bank on how to covert straight payment to their installment plan before making a purchase.
LAYAWAY INSTALLAMENT SCHEME
LAYAWAY INSTALLMENT SCHEME
Enjoy a hassle free layaway installment plan..
⏹️Just pay a minimum of 2,500 pesos as initial downpayment.
⏹️Your balance will be paid as equal installments up to 3 months.
⏹️You won’t pay any interest or layaway fees!
⏹️Once downpayment is made, we will lock in your price.
⏹️ We will manufacture your order on the 2nd month after your 2nd payment.
⏹️Once your item is made after 2 weeks, we will then wait for your instruction to ship the ring.
⏹️Final installment payment shall be paid upon claiming/delivery the finished product.
⏹️If for any reason you need to cancel your order after 30 days from order date, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 15% of your order total.
⏹️ 1 month of non-payment may result in cancellation of the order with a fee.
⏹️Cancellations done in the first 30 days will be completed without any fees.
