1. Do you have a Physical Store?

Yes. 

Our Physical store is located at Room 209, 2nd floor TBY St. Therese Bldg, Bajada, Davao City. 

All our products are proudly made in our factory in Valenzuela City.

2. Do you do meet ups?

✅Yes, but only in downtown Davao City only, subject to availability.

3. What kind of gold?

✅If you mean Saudi or Italy, all our rings are made to order so it means our gold is pure converted to 14k or 18k. And contrary to what Filipino think, gold are the same everywhere its quality is base on karat not its origin.

4. What sizes are available?

✅All sizes. We use US standard ring sizes

5. How thick?

✅Thickness will depend on your ring sizes.

The bigger the ring sizes the thinner the rings.

6. Is it real gold?

✅YES!

Since all our rings are made to order we can customize the material according to your preference and budget. Rest assured that when you order a 14k or 18k we will deliver.

7. How can we know the ring sizes?

For Davao City Customers, We can get your size, Just visit our shop.

8. How much additional for other gold color?

No additional fee for yellow gold, white gold or rosegold  color request.

Except for black gold (additional 1,500 per Ring)

9. Are your items Pawnable?

The answer is Yes!

Our rings are Pawnable because we will be using 14karat or 18karat gold.

*Is Zirconia and Moissanites are Pawnable?

Since your ring is made up with Genuine gold, pawnshop will still accept it, however their appraisal value may not like as high as when you purchase a real diamond.

 Pawnshop appraisal does not automatically equals to your purchase price, because pawnshop usually buy items at a lower price. That's how they do business. The selling price of our items is not equal to pawnshop appraisal.

10. What are the inclusions/Freebies?

11. Do you do shipping?

✅Yes. Nationwide via LBC

12. How much shipping fee?

Shipping cost are determined by the service provider.

We offer free shipping if thru LBC’s Cash on Pick up for items with a minimum price of Php 10,000.00
